		<description>I made this the other day but for some reason i decided to sear the salmon.  I wanted a bit of texture.  half seared facing up and half raw facing down. just threw it on the grill for 6 seconds each. just 2 pieces of salmon overlaid on the top of the California Roll.  I used your idea of lemon juice tho.. put small dots of mayo ontop.. BOMB!!!!! lol you got great ideas and your website is nice</description>
