I'm also going to make bacon cups/bowls for the party. And fill them with salad, though, to balance it out! Like a BLT without the bread. Atkins friendly! I'll have a fry-party sometime I think. (My bf first intro'd me to the idea, though I've never been to one; his friend, before I met either of them, had just gotten a brand new deep fryer so he had everyone over where they deep fried anything. and everything. and everything.
