Ohh, now you may wonder what the fish was??? Yeah it was Caspean filet that was a really rare one in Sapporo at those times.

When I was in Japan I practice how to make sushis…it seems easy but not that for a beginner thing since the fish we used was very expensive and I messed them all ))lol!!!

Thanks! Yeah, I’m in California so it doesn’t *really* get cold here (although I’m kinda a wimp so I’m here freezing ), so it’s sushi weather year-round!

What a lovely (yummy) spread. I’ve cut back dramatically on sushi since the cool weather came along. Snow/ice and sushi just doesn’t seem to go together for me. I’m all about the soups these days.
