I just graduated from UCSC and now work for an ebi supplier! yay! In any case, if youre ever in that nook of the woods again, i would suggest Sushi Totoro! its a really fun place to go with interesting rolls! For an amazing Chirashi Bowl, id suggest Shogun Sushi. And lastly, Pink Godzilla, really close by in capitola! they have an amazing spicy sauce (its not that spciy =D ) just my two cents =P I know this is a really old post but i just started reading sushi day and jumped around some related posts.

They don't appear to be very well informed, either. I would totally let those comments roll off your back. Your sushi is unique and beautiful (not to mention quite tasty), and I'm always waiting for your posts to see what you'll come up with next. Everyone on Kotaku thinks the Internet revolves around them. Useless site, in my opinion. I love THIS site though. It's inspiring. What a bunch of jerks- clearly they ... well, let me not flame them here =T But remember: you know you've made it when someone hates you!
