Be my guest! I think it'd be fun to try. :) It might take a little trial and error to get it to stick together just right but if anyone can do it it'd be you!

Amy - Oh wow that sounds really cool! I have never had sushi like that... mind if I steal the idea and post it up here sometime? Yum!

Mmm, looks yummy! Hehe it kinda reminds me of some sushi I had the other day...it was called a tuna sandwich, and it was tuna spread between two sheets of rice covered nori, then cut into triangles to look like the cute little sandwich bites mom used to make as a kid. (I always asked for triangles instead of squares)

Anyway they used a spicy tuna mixture but I think this is way more appropriate! Looks great, can't wait to try it! I have three or four things from your site I've been meaning to try, I need to get cracking. ;)

Mmmmm, this sounds so good. Good call on the addition of green onions- sometimes, if not usually (well, when I remember), I like to add white onions to my tuna salad. You're making me so hungry~! Thanks for the shout out and glad you liked the recipe!!!
