At first I found the pineapple over powering, but the next roll I dipped in some shoyu and it really balanced it out perfectly! For some reason, when I ate this, I thought it would taste great with some bacon strips added to it! Just a thought... I'll be blogging about it soon (will probably show up in a September post!)
