Samantha - That sounds delicious, with all the extra ingredients! I'll have to try that sometime. Thanks!

Wez - You're very welcome, I'm glad you liked it. :)

Stephan - Thanks for the tip, I would have never thought to use Greek yogurt. :)

Samantha - That's a fantastic idea. We use Sriracha to spice up our tuna salad sometimes, but I'm sure wasabi would give it a nice little kick as well. Thanks!

Whenever I make sushi at home I make these. I'm surprised I haven't seem someone mention this yet... but I use wasabi paste or powder mixed in with my mayo. I also use my wasabi tuna salad in onigri. ;)

I have a Japanese-Vietnamese friend who makes rolls like this one all the time! She uses canned tuna (with a little mayo), imitation crab, cucumber, avocado, and sometimes scrambled eggs. It's DELICIOUS, and perfect for a midday snack, not to mention extremely easy and cheap!

I LOVE your blog by the way, I come here all the time sometimes just to read the recipes and look at the pictures! Makes me hungry :P
