It has come to my attention that some of my measurements for sumeshi and the sushi rolls were confusing, so I have changed the articles to be simpler for everyone to figure out. Several of the measurements have been changed to make things easier (for example, I use 3.5 cups of sumeshi instead of 6 for the maki sushi), so check out my previous posts! (It just might make things a lot easier!)
