		<description>Hmm... I think certain types (like what I use) instruct you to boil them, while others, like the canned type, can be eaten right out of the can.  I have a feeling that it doesn&#039;t really matter though... it&#039;s mainly just tofu, so nothing that would make you sick if eaten raw.  :)</description>

		<description>Hey Allison, I&#039;m going to link to this page in my bento post today- mine had Japanese instructions and in English but neither side (there were pictures next to the Japanese instructions) seemed to have a step about boiling/heating.  I just opened up the package and stuffed, and they taste fantastic anyway =X  If I get sick though... hahaha</description>
