		<description>Hey Allison, I&#039;m going to link to this page in my bento post today- mine had Japanese instructions and in English but neither side (there were pictures next to the Japanese instructions) seemed to have a step about boiling/heating.  I just opened up the package and stuffed, and they taste fantastic anyway =X  If I get sick though... hahaha</description>
